He has an experience of more than three decades in the field of finance and has been involved in trading and investment in shares and stocks through the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange since the late 1980s. He takes care of the financial matters and management of the company.
Mrs. Shashi Jain – Non-Executive Director
She is a post-graduate in political science and uses her expertise to help in the administration of the company and also helps in implementing the design and plan for the growth of the company. Her innovative thinking helps to achieve substantial value for the company.
Mr. Brij kishor Gupta – Independent Non-Executive Director
Mr. Brij Kishor Gupta is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has vast experience and eminent knowledge in the financial matters, accounts and has been associated with the financial sector for more than thirty years and the company has benefited from his eminent knowledge.
Mr. Arun Bubna – Independent Non-Executive Director
Mr. Arun Hariram Bubna aged 64 years, is a Commerce Graduate with an experience of more than thirty-five years in the field of administration and finance. His long experience and wisdom is valuable to the Company.
